You and your family can a take drive to coastal Harpswell to visit ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾’s marine research and conference facilities and watch the eclipse later in the afternoon.

Safety and Security

Service Animals and Pets
Leashed pets are permitted outside on campus grounds. Pets are not permitted inside campus buildings unless serving as aids to individuals with disabilities.

Gender-Inclusive Bathrooms
Most buildings on campus, including the Admissions Office, have a gender-neutral bathroom available—most are single-stall, locking bathrooms labeled “private restroom.” and the have multi-stall, gender-neutral bathrooms with more privately constructed stalls.

Lunch is provided in Thorne Dining Hall. Meal tickets are required and available at check-in.

Campus ATM
A Bank of America ATM is located on the lower level of David Saul Smith Union (to the right of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ Express Convenience Store).

Medical Assistance
In the event of an emergency, contact ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ Security at 207-725-3500. Mid Coast Hospital is a short distance from campus at 123 Medical Center Drive in Brunswick, or call 207-729-0181.

PARKING

The orientation team and Office of the Dean of Students will be hosting Zoom sessions, as well as posting informative videos, on important topics during the week of June 10-14.

All calls will be recorded and posted for students and their families to access throughout the summer. The full schedule of Pre-Orientation events will be available by early May.
