- – An experiential training program that helps develop leaders to be more effective change agents. Diversity Immersion is a sequence of facilitated learning experiences designed to develop adaptive leadership and change agent skills. There are many strands to the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Topics span race, gender, civil discourse, implicit bias, age, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration, class, religion, and more. The focus is on the core dynamics that intersect across the strands and the skills to address them. If an organization is interested in effecting real systemic change, this investment requires a minimum of 30 in the cohort who will go through a full month immersion that includes 7 full days of learning in addition to interim work and assignments.
