2021 Abraxas Award Goes to Brunswick High School

The Abraxas Award is presented annually to the secondary school sending two or more graduates to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ whose representatives maintain the highest standing during their first year at the College.

This year the award goes to Brunswick High School.
The two students in the Class of 2024 from BHS are Darien Gillespie and Everett Horch. Together, these students earned a combined GPA of 3.981 during the 2020-2021 academic year, the highest for a secondary school sending two or more students to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾.
This award was established by the Abraxas Society, a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ junior class society that was active from 1893 until 1922. Past winners include Lakeside School in Seattle, WA, and the Rivers School in Weston, MA.
