Alumni Service Award
For his long and outstanding devotion to the College, William Bao Bean ‘95, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Alumni Service Award, the highest honor bestowed by the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ Alumni Council. The award is presented each year in recognition of an individual’s record of volunteer service to the College. Bean founded the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ Club of Asia and has been one of the driving forces behind its continued success in building and fostering a strong network of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ alumni across Asia. Distinguished Educator Award
For his extraordinary contributions demonstrating remarkable vision, resilience, and innovation during his career as a teacher, Malcolm W. Gauld ’76, P’14 has been chosen to receive the 2025 Distinguished Educator Award, recognizing outstanding achievement in education by a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ alumnus or alumna in any field and at any level of education. By adopting and advancing a character-based educational model, Gauld has inspired students, families, and educators to prioritize integrity and personal growth alongside academic achievement. Championing this holistic approach, he consistently challenged traditional educational practices and helped prepare his students for purposeful lives. Read more.
