Previously, Heather worked with the Information Technology group at Community Health Options in Lewiston, Maine; for the New York State Department of Health, building ; and for the City of New York, managing the . Heather earned her B.A. in Political Science at City College of New York and her Master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and Public Health.
