Julissa graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Black Studies and Sexuality, Women’s, and Gender Studies. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of New England. Julissa is also a Certified Mediator. She is originally from Massachusetts, but moved to Central Maine just after she graduated from Amherst. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cat, Miso Soup, reading, and cooking for friends and family.
