Education
I earned my A.B. from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ College in Gender & Women’s Studies. I was also heavily involved with the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ dance department, although there was no major or minor at the time. I went on to earn my M.A. in Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
Background
I excitedly return to my alma mater with over 15 years of experience in higher education. Most recently, I served as Associate Dean of Students at Bates College, and through my work at various other institutions I have been involved in residence life, academic advising, Title IX, student affairs administration, and student support. At ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾, I provide non-clinical support to students managing significant and complex physical and mental health concerns, personal and family emergencies, financial issues, and other obstacles that may arise during their college experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being near Maine’s numerous bodies of water, and eating tacos.
