The National Student Employment Association (NSEA) designates one week each year for universities and colleges across the country to recognize the substantial contributions of students who work on-campus jobs.

2020 Student Employee of the Year & Rookie of the Year Awards

Students perform invaluable work for departments across the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ campus with dedication, initiative and enthusiasm.  We want to recognize and appreciate the students who contribute to the operation of the college through their work on campus. 

Nominations are evaluated based on reliability, quality of work, initiative, professionalism and uniqueness of contribution. The members of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾'s Student Employment Advisory Board evaluate all nominations. The winner selected for each category receives an award and a monetary prize. 

During the National Student Employee Appreciation Week, and throughout the year, we encourage supervisors to thank their student employees and let them know that their work is valued. Please view our tips on ways to recognize your student employees.
