About

Mission

BNOW’s mission is to build an engaged community of alumnae whose collective impact shapes the direction of the College as well as guides their personal trajectories and those of current and future students. Together, the women of BNOW will engage with ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ and each other, contribute meaningfully to the College and further the common good.

Women are increasingly influential in the institutions, organizations, and philanthropic ventures and now represent nearly half of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ community. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ has its first female president. The time has come to harness the collective strength of alumnae to make a profound impact on all aspects of the College – igniting connections, building community, and providing critical financial support.

Goals

  • Inclusive Engagement

Engage more effectively and meaningfully with diverse individuals who identify as women and deepen their trust in the College.

  • Collective Impact

Increase the philanthropic impact of women at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ at all levels.

  • Diverse Leadership

Advance women into key leadership roles, paving the way for involvement and giving from future generations of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ women.

  • Storytelling

Share stories of BNOW’s impact and alumnae accomplishments with the entire ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ community.
