The Mail Center receives and distributes mail for students in addition to offering a wide variety of other mail-related services.

How do I send item(s) to the college?

Each student is assigned a unique Smith Union address number. Students can locate their number through Polaris. All packages and mail coming to the college must be addressed in the following format:

Full Name

How do I pickup item(s) once they arrive?

Once a package arrives on campus, it must be logged in to our tracking system. You will receive an email from ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ when your package is ready to pick up at the Smith Union Mail Center Annex. 

Package pickup hours are Monday to Friday:

8:30 am–10:00 am
12:30 pm–5:00 pm

Please be sure to bring your ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ ID in order to pick up your item(s).

IMPORTANT: Email notifications from carriers like UPS, USPS, and Fedex are not an indication that your package is ready to pick up. There is a processing delay between when the package is delivered and when it is available for pickup.
