Applying to the Conduct Review Board

The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ Conduct Review Board is not currently accepting applications.

New student members are selected once a year at the beginning of the spring semester. The application process is conducted by current student members with oversight by the Office of the Dean of Students. The CRB is a representation of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾’s campus community and we welcome applications from students with diverse and varied experiences and perspectives, including those with prior disciplinary or criminal histories.

All current ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ first-years, sophomores, or juniors in good standing are invited to apply. Candidates should possess sound judgment, the ability to balance empathy with a commitment to community, compassion, integrity, an aptitude for creative problem solving, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Members are expected to exemplify and uphold the College's community standards, the Academic Honor Code, Social Code, and other policies.  Board members are required to maintain confidentiality, and they must be committed to balancing respect for an individual student's rights and responsibilities with a duty to uphold the values of the institution.

The application process consists of an application, a peer recommendation from a current ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ student (friend, teammate, roommate, classmate, member of ResLife, etc. - may not be from a current member of the CRB) and an initial in-person interview. A small number of candidates will be selected for second round group interviews, and the final slate will be put forth and voted on from this group.
