- This group is open to anyone trying to quit tobacco, thinking about quitting, struggling to maintain quit or wanting support during any phase of tobacco use or quit process. We also welcome successful quitters who would like to support others in the quit process or could benefit from accountability to help maintain their quit. We offer weekly health tips and encourage participants to share their challenges and successes to support each other in working toward goals.
