Card Access
Students
All student cards are programmed for general academic and student life access around campus, including the library, Smith Union, and the athletic facilities. Students may be given additional access based on club membership, major or minor or particular course enrollment, or for student employment needs.
Access requests for students should come from supervisors, faculty or department coordinators, or student activities or individual student group leaders. For access requests involving residential spaces, students should speak to residential life.
Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff access requests should be made to department coordinators or supervisors, who can send card access programming edits and authorization to the OneCard office.
