Summer Russian Study
Summer can be a time for students to deepen their linguistic and cultural knowledge or to pursue a unique interest. Summer study programs in the US, Russia, Eastern Europe, and the former Soviet republics of the Baltic and Central Asia offer everything from intensive Russian language coursework to environmental studies, museum studies, and cooking.
For students planning to study Russian over the summer, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ does not recognize certain programs over others, so there is a wider range of available options, which you can explore in the list below. Please note that students planning to request transfer credit for summer study abroad, including credit toward the Russian major, must receive approval of the department chair and submit their request to the Office of the Registrar prior to their departure.
