Hanging Posters, Banners, Photo Displays, and other Installations
- Official ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ logos and wordmarks (i.e., the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ seal, the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ polar bear) may not be placed on any posters or installations without the express permission of the Office of Communications and Public Affairs.
- Posters, advertisements and installations must have the full name of your organization or department clearly visible. Anonymous posters will be promptly removed.
- All event posters will be allowed to be up for two weeks, posters will be removed after this time.
- Do not cover accessible door buttons.
- Do not to place posters on glass surfaces or doors.
- Please place posters on the white walls or any of the corkboards. Any posters placed on the tan, green or purple walls will be taken down immediately by housekeeping, and any damage done to surfaces will be charged to your club or department.
- Do not use duct tape to hang your installations.
Installations (banners, photos, or artwork, etc.) in Smith Union
- All Installations in Smith Union will be in Lemarche Gallery and require the space to be reserved through CampusGroups. Scope of installations must receive approval from the director of student activities and the David Saul Smith Union before installing.
- Installations in Lemarche can be up for one week unless you receive written permission from the director of student activities and the David Saul Smith Union for an additional week.

Outside Posters, Flags, Banners or Chalk
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ prohibits the use of its property, including buildings, facilities, and grounds to display flags, signage, banners, or objects without permission. Using chalk, paint, or other permanent or semi-permanent medium on college buildings and/or other structures is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the structure and injury to anyone stopping at entrances or exits. The prior approval of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾’s Facilities Management is required to mark or use trees or any college structures to support or display signs, messages, materials, or equipment.
