The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ College compensation program is designed to attract, retain, and reward a highly qualified and diverse workforce.
We begin by offering competitive market-based pay, and we support that pay with other benefits and perks, such as a positive work environment, a generous benefits package, support for career development, and flexibility. This compensation program helps differentiate ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ from other employers not only in Maine, but also in the Northeast in general.
The compensation program establishes a job description, career level, and competitive market rate for every staff position at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾. This new structure is built around the belief that ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ will have a fair, equitable, and financially sustainable program that provides a level of transparency and understanding of compensation for all staff. The new structure delivers:
