Entering First-year Class
Each entering Class numbers around 500. In the days leading up to Convocation, new students sign their names into a matriculation book placed on the desk of Nathaniel Hawthorne (Class of 1825), as did all ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ alumni/ae before them. All first-year students live on campus. About 10% of the incoming Class of 2028 are from Maine; about 39% are of color; and 7% are international.
