As far as possible. For any events with facilities setup needs, your request must be sent more than two weeks prior to the event. When collaborating with a department or group, most will need two to three weeks before your event to plan with you.

For Res Life staff, ask your Head; they have access to budget information for their building and community cluster. For College House members, talk with your Committee Leader; part of their role is keeping record of purchases. If you are a Committee Leader and want to check Res Life's official record, ask your House Proctor.

Any large purchases you make using Res Life funds should be cleared with your peers, whether that be your community cluster or College House. If you plan to spend more than $250 on a single event or $100 on a single item, that must be approved by a member of professional staff (most often Alex or SJ) before it moves forward. Be sure to bring all receipts to Res Life, especially for major purchases.

Yes!  You can buy things online and print a receipt or email it to any member of professional staff. You are also welcome to work with the Office and have a professional staff member make the purchase using a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ credit card if it is easier.
