Complete the net price calculator or quick cost calculator to estimate your family's financial aid eligibility for your first year at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾.
Complete the appropriate health insurance enrollment or waiver process.
Early July: The Bursar sends the fall semester bill.
Mid-July: The Student Aid Office offers phone appointments for matriculating students and their families. You will receive an email invititation to sign up for an appointment if you have questions or would like to discuss your plan to pay the fall semester bill.
August
Early August: The fall semester bill is due. Complete the student payment survey if you expect outside scholarships or 529 plans to disburse after the due date.
Late August: You are now a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ student! Find more information for the rest of the year under "ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ Students" and review our tip sheet for an overview of what you can expect leading up to and during your first year at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾.

August

Finalize travel plans for fall break and Thanksgiving break, if applicable.
September 1: The Bursar's Office fall semester OCS disbursement survey is due if you are studying away in the fall.
Early September: Attend the job fair if you're looking for on-campus employment.
Mid-September: The Student Aid Office offers Financial Aid 302 for students planning to participate in a spring semester OCS program. You'll receive an email inviting you to sign up for an appointment if you have questions about studying away.
October
Complete the endowed scholarship survey. Follow the link in the email you receive about the survey in the fall.
Finalize your travel plans for winter break, if necessary.
October 1: Financial aid applications open for the following academic year. Check your for your specific requirements.
October 1: Fall semester OCS financial aid is disbursed to programs.
Mid-October: First-year students are invited to attend Financial Aid 101 for an overview of how to re-apply for financial aid. You will receive an email with more information.
November
Early November: Sign up for a Financial Aid 202 appointment if you would like assistance completing your aid application for next year. You'll receive an email with more information and a link to sign up.
Mid-November: Attend a Financial Aid 301 session if you plan to study away next year. You will receive an email with more information.
December
Early December: The Bursar sends the spring semester bill and OCS disbursement survey for students studying away in the spring semester.
Make travel plans for spring break, if appropriate.
Early January: The spring semester bill is due.
February
February 1: The Bursar's Office spring semester OCS disbursement survey is due if you are studying away in the spring.
February 15: Continuing ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ students' financial aid applications are due. Check your for your specific requirements.
