First-Year Writing Seminar

The First-Year Writing Seminars introduces first year college students to a range of modes of writing while coaching students on how to make evidence-based arguments.

Peer Services

Peer tutors are ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ students who have undergone extensive professional development to assist fellow students with their academic pursuits and to support them through academic challenges.

QR Resources 

We strengthen students’ understanding and application of mathematical, logical, and statistical skills.

Wicked Smart Learning Strategies

Reach your potential with resources that offer advice on creating a weekly schedule, focusing in class, getting more out of readings, managing time, preparing for finals, studying efficiently, and taking better notes.

Wicked Smart Groups

Wicked Smart groups provide an accepting and supportive setting in which to share experiences without criticism. By talking to others in similar situations, students gain experience, strength, and hope.

Writing and Research Resources

Offers students assistance with any aspect of their writing, from specific assignments to general skills. Trained peer assistants provide individual meetings to students working on writing assignments for any class.
