The built-in calendar app on all Apple devices is easy to use. You can create multiple calendars and have the option to view or hide several calendars simultaneously. You can also build short cuts to create events easily through the Short Cuts app.

A Pomodoro method-style timer. A simple and effective tool utilizing 25- minute working periods interspersed with short breaks. There is also a website version with desktop alerts. Other Pomodoro apps: Focus Keeper, Focus, Study Bunny.

Forest - Mentors Favorite

A time management app to mitigate cell phone distraction. It "grows" a virtual tree so long as you do not exit the app for the duration of pre-set times. Allows you to grow individual trees and develop a forest. You can even eventually plant a real tree.

Freedom

Freedom is an app that blocks distracting website and apps. It helps you reclaim focus and productivity. You can start sessions on-the-fly or plan out sessions that recur daily or weekly. With the whitelist function you can choose which websites you want access to. Similar to Focus app.

Similar to Forest. Helps people who have trouble getting to bed on time, not using their phone at night, or waking up on time. Builds a structure as you sleep so long as you sleep and wake at the times you have set. Creates a little town of your buildings.
