Room Setups

The setup of a room can have a big impact on the look and feel of your event. Below are some of the commonly used setups at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ event spaces.

Banquet Rounds

60-inch round tables with up to 8 seats.

Lecture Style

Seating arranged in rows facing the front of the room.

Banquet Rows

Rectangular tables in rows with seating on either side. Can be setup with either 6-foot or 8-foot tables.

U-Shape

Rectangular tables arranged in a U-Shape with seating around the outside of the U. Can be setup with 6-foot and/or 8-foot tables.

Hollow Square

Rectangular tables arranged in a square or rectangule shape with seating around the outside. Can be setup with 6-foot and/or 8-foot tables.

Classroom Style

Tables arranged in rows with 2-3 seats each, facing the front of the room. Can be setup with either 6-foot or 8-foot tables.

Standing Room Only

*The capacity of a room will be reduced if tables or chairs are added to standing room only setups.
