Boody-Johnson House Renovations
Completed: 2019
The first occupants of the newly renovated Boody-Johnson House moved in during August 2019.
Whittier Field Improvements, Phase II
Completed: 2019
Phase II of the Whittier Field project included the construction of a one-story 8,780 square foot support facility that houses locker, training, and equipment rooms and public restrooms. Also included in the scope is the completion of the east end of the bleacher system installed fall 2017. The College broke ground for the new building in June 2018 and it opened in February 2019.
Roux Center for the Environment

The Roux Center leverages the interdisciplinary pedagogy already common among the academic departments envisioned as users of the facility. As a center of environmental education, the facility also serves as a teaching lab of sustainable and innovative building technologies.

This renovation included replacing the existing grass field with artificial turf and adding lights, seating, and a new press box, along with an expansion of the current six-lane track to the eight lanes required to host championship track meets.

The Charles M. Leighton Sailing Center and Pier

The Robert H. and Blythe Bickel Edwards Center for Art and Dance

This project was an adaptive re-use of the former Longfellow Elementary School, transforming it into a new center for Visual and Performing Arts.
Boiler Replacement and Cogeneration Project

This heat and power project utilized excess steam energy to generate electricity for campus consumption, offsetting electricity currently purchased from the grid.
The Peter Buck Center for Health and Fitness

Sidney J. Watson Arena
