ONECard and Polar Plus

Your ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ OneCard is your official college ID card. It provides you with a wide variety of features and benefits on campus including serving as your photo ID for all campus events requiring identification; building, classroom and lab access; fitness center access; library card; and it can be used to “charge” or make purchases all over campus via Polar Plus.

Polar Plus

Polar Plus is an easy way for any regular full-time and part-time, benefits-eligible employee to "charge" purchases from Dining Service, the Bookstore, or Campus Services. You must present your ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø±¬ÍøÕ¾ ID card in order to use the Polar Plus charge privilege.

The cost of all purchases will be deducted automatically from the next paycheck. Please note: Academic year employees must refrain from using Polar Plus to charge purchases during the summer months when they are not regularly working and/or receiving a biweekly paycheck.

To participate, complete a Polar Plus Deduction Authorization and return it to Human Resources.

If employees choose to use Polar Plus they will receive a small discount for certain Dining Services purchases. Employees are responsible for all charges.

Employees may use Polar Plus to pay for meals at any of the Dining Services facilities. If accompanied by a guest, Polar Plus rates and charges may be applied for the guest(s) as well. You may buy stamps, envelopes, boxes or send packages at the Mail Room. If you personally need to make copies, the Copy Center can make them for you at the current college rate and charge your Polar Plus. Any purchases from the Bookstore or College Store including books and clothing may be charged to Polar Plus as well.

To cancel Polar Plus usage, employees must notify Human Resources in writing. Upon notice of an employee's intent to leave the College or termination of employment, the College reserves the right to limit and/or end Polar Plus privileges. The College also reserves the right to terminate this agreement by notifying employees in writing.
